Refund & Cancellation Policy

Wallet top-ups

Money added to your in-app wallet is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash. It can only be used to pay for jobs within Voter Generator.

Failed jobs are refunded automatically

You are only ever charged once a job (PDF extraction or voter slip generation) completes successfully. If a job you've already been charged for fails to complete, the app automatically credits the full amount back to your in-app wallet balance — no request or waiting period needed.

Accidental or incorrect top-up

If you believe you were charged the wrong amount, or a top-up payment succeeded on your bank/UPI app but didn't reflect in your wallet balance within a reasonable time, contact us within 7 days at support@aigentools.in with your payment reference, and we'll investigate and correct it.

Cancellations

Because jobs are billed only on successful completion (not on submission), there is nothing to "cancel" mid-job — closing the app or choosing not to save a result before payment simply means you were never charged for it.
