These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Voter Generator ("the App"), published by Aigentools. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the App and its wallet/payment features.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aigentools.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
Lawful use of uploaded data
You are solely responsible for the PDF, Excel, and image files you process with the App, and for ensuring you have the lawful right and authorization to process any voter data they contain. The App processes this data locally on your device; we do not review, store, or have visibility into its contents.
Wallet and payments
- Certain features (PDF-to-Excel extraction, voter slip generation) are billed against a prepaid in-app wallet balance, in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Wallet top-ups are processed via Razorpay. Funds are added to your wallet only after payment is confirmed.
- You are charged only when a job completes successfully. If a paid job fails, the amount is automatically credited back to your wallet — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Job pricing may change over time; the price in effect at the time you run a job is the price charged.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable election, data-protection, or privacy laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our backend systems.
- Circumvent or abuse the wallet/payment system (e.g., chargeback fraud).
Intellectual property
The App, its code, and branding are the property of Aigentools. You retain all rights to the data and files you process using the App.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". Extraction accuracy depends on the quality and structure of the source PDF; while we aim for high accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free output, and you should verify extracted data before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigentools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused wallet balance is handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
